is this too low??

I had my 25km bike ride this morning and later checked my BP. I guess it looked quite low for my liking and I straightaway asked my Cardio who then replied that i should watch my fluid intake. Remember that my last heart attack was during Ramadhan. SO dehydration is an issue here. SO watch the fluid guys.
