Rather than getting a suite at a hotel I would choose a villa at Pondok Terra anytime. It is a little sanctuary in a small alley in a residential area, walking distance to some restaurants. Facilities include private pool for each unit (there are 2 units there), cozy, homely accomodation, basic but you have all you need... stove, pots and pans, TV and free wi-fi and we luv the tub :) Price include breakfast, just choose what you want from the menu and it will be on the dining table at your prearranged time
The staff are unobtrusive, they leave you in private but they are very helpful and will offer their help should you need it. We totally enjoyed our stay there and it will be top of our list if we do drop by Jogja again.
