I was driving after work today, didn't have any meal for the whole day and i was running hungry and my hand is shaking, that i gulped 1 litre full of water.
Few minutes later I started to sweat profusely. When i reached home, I did my BP check, looks good but I still call my cardio and I was asked to come to hospital for an ECG and blood test.

Alhamdulillah the results are still OK .
