We had a family trip to KK with the kids and we get the rooms facing the sea. Not really a nice sight because of the hoarding by the seaside but I presume it should look OK when the whole project is completed. Average room size with all the standard amenities. Kids want to go to the pool in the afternoon but somehow it was closed just because it was raining... why? no explanation.

Its walking distance to the Waterfront, the handicraft market etc (about 7-10 mins walk). You can find quite a lot of eateries... go there late afternoon and book a place to watch the sun set.... and even next to the hotel there is a nice seafood restaurant.
