Just fantastic... a weekend at Doubletree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur... check in was smooth, we were adviced to arrive early so that we could get adjoining room for the family, ended with 1 king and 1 twin bedroom. Its a stonethrow away from KLCC and a few other malls, Ampang Park was just in front of it.

Nice sizeable room, with glasswalled toilet (with sliding screen of course for privacy) and I like best the rain shower in the shower cubicle. 32" LCD TV on the wall, that helps to make the room bigger I supposed.

Pool was closed but it was opened the next morning after they cleaned up broken glasses, to the delight of my kids and they had a good time in the pool which is not deep (the kiddies pool is just 3 feet deep).
I like the breakfast spread, local Malay, Chinese and Indian food, add some western dishes with raw stuff everywhere its like the chef did all the cooking there , but being the weekend even at 10am the area is still packed with hotel guests.
Can't find any fault here, thumbs up to the service and the staff.
